So in your example with the car, would a CMO-R require you to engage in behaviors that remove the actual car/stimulus itself, or simply engage in behaviors to avoid what the car signals (that an aversive party is going to happen soon) meaning you would engage in any bxs to avoid being in contact with the noisy party?

Woah, this is not an appropriate basket hold, or otherwise known as locked elbow. CPI specifically cautions the use of a lower basket hold around the chest. You need to position the arms above the chest in order to avoid restricting the person’s airflow. Also, it is important that you mention this is only to be used on a smaller person such as a child. This is not an approved technique for someone bigger than the person implementing the restraint, and your lack of information in this video is troublesome.
